At English Buzz, we strive to provide the best learning experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms regarding course cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by the Student
- You may cancel your enrollment by informing us at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Cancellation requests should be sent via email to englishbuzz2021@gmail.com or by calling +91-9509317967.
- If you cancel 7 or more days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation by English Buzz
- English Buzz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, students will be notified at the earliest and will be offered either a full refund or enrollment in the next available batch.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on the bank or payment gateway.
4. No-Show Policy
- If you do not attend the course without prior cancellation, the full course fee will be forfeited.
5. Partial Attendance
- No refunds or fee adjustments will be made for partial attendance or missed classes.
